Responsibilities
* Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
* Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients; proactively maximize business opportunities and market share.
* Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
* Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
* Navigate complex negotiations and coach others to handle tricky recruitment situations.
* Work within a team to deliver on individual and team targets.
* Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market.
What we are looking for
* Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
* Extensive interim recruitment experience.
* Experience as a 360 recruiter and manager in an agency environment.
* Strong new business skillset and motivation to achieve development goals.
* Aspiring thought leader in the sector with collaborative mindset.
* Ability to give and receive quality feedback; values kindness and teamwork.
* Passion for recruitment and helping others succeed.
