With these development partners, we have a healthy pipeline of local work over the next number of years and are therefore on the lookout for talented, innovative and ambitious individuals to join our team.Role OverviewAs a Housing Site Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, high-quality and profitable delivery of private family homes. It is expected that you will support with management of these projects in a professional and diligent manner, ensuring milestones and objectives are met.What you'll doThe following reflect the main tasks associated with your position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive:Oversee the construction of projects from conception to completion.Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality, safely, on time and to projected profit levels.Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations, ensuring that policy and procedures are implemented throughout the operations.
