What You'll Be Doing: As a HR Officer (reporting to our HR Operations Manager) you'll be part of our vibrant HR Operations team, making a tangible difference every day. This varied role goes beyond just processing; you'll provide expert HR advice and practical support on a full spectrum of crucial HR issues, including absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, probation, performance management, and HR policy guidance. You'll triage queries and casework, assessing complexity and team capacity will be crucial. You will be tasked with assessing the nature and area of these requests, either signposting them to other specialised areas of HR or allocating them within the team based on capacity and expertise. You will work closely with our existing HR Officer and HR Advisers, and serve as a critical link between the HR Operations and HR Services teams.
