We’re recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our HR department based at Coveris in Spalding. Suitable candidates would have great attention to detail, demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude and be a team player. Key Responsibilities * Ensure the HR Department is provided with an effective and professional administrative support, enabling an efficient response to be provided to existing, new and potential members of staff, within the Coveris Group * Create new starter packs and handbooks for all new starters. Proactively monitor outstanding induction documentation and new starter documentation * Stock control within the office * To assist with the organisation of the filing room, filing and audit preparation * Fobs – ensure new fobs are assigned a number to the back. Issue all new starters with a fob using Net2. Order new fobs/lanyards with reception. * To ensure HR Systems are kept up to date with all employees personal details, ensuring all changes are updated accurately * To assist in responding to daily calls coming into the HR department and answering the intercom for deliveries * To co-ordinate updates from existing employees to ensure that all right to work, contracts and working time regulations and recorded in files at the front.
