Site Manager – Up To £52,000 Negotiable – Wiltshire
A Site Manager is required to work for a respectable house builder in Wiltshire.
This developer has a proven track record of building luxury new homes all around the UK, which has built up a great reputation with a strong pipeline of work.
The project is working on 2-4 bedroom detached and semi-detached traditional build town houses with a large amount of units.
Ideal candidate
* 5 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager.
* 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
* Degree qualification or similar construction management qualification.
* Construction developer experience.
* A strong track record as an Assistant/Site Manager.
* Projects seen through from inception to completion.
* Having worked on large residential schemes.
* Traditional build experience is essential.
* CSCS Card.
* SMSTS certificate.
* First Aid Certificate.
