Position: React Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of React-based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend teams, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
* Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for front-end development.
* Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.
* Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Work closely with onshore/offshore teams and manage client interactions effectively.
* Ensure compliance with security standards and accessibility guidelines.
* Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 6–8 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years in React.js.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
* Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
* Hands-on experience with Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools.
* Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to manage client expectations.
* Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, or Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
* Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
* Understanding of performance optimization techniques for large-scale apps.
