Recruiter – 3–6 Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)
Salary: £30,000
Location: Windsor - Hybrid (office & home working)
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the team on a 3–6 month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move permanent for the right person.
In this role, you’ll manage high-volume contact centre recruitment campaigns while also supporting with ad hoc skilled hires across the business as needed.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a knack for finding great people quickly.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency)
Strong background in volume hiring, ideally within contact centres
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders
Confident communicator who enjoys collaborationWhat’s on offer:
