We are looking foran experienced and highly motivated Caf Cook to join our team! You will be joining at an extremely exciting time, as we embark on a transformational redevelopment of our park cafes at Grafham Water. What will you be doing? As a Caf Cook, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our visitors. Whether it's serving up deliciously prepared meals, fresh snacks, barista coffee, or keeping our cafs clean and inviting, you'll be the friendly face that helps make their day. As Grafham Water is operational 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year (excluding Christmas Day), you will need to be flexible to work across peak seasons, major events within the calendar and step in to help across multiple cafes where needed. Your responsibilities will include: The preparation of food and ensuring quality standards are metMaintaining high levels of hygiene, food safety, and compliance Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs Driving efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experienceFriendly and enthusiastic individuals who love working with people.
