Sales Executive, Belfast
We’re looking for a driven and curious individual to help grow Dalux’s presence in Belfast. As a Sales Executive you’ll play a hands‑on role in building strong client relationships and bringing cutting‑edge BIM and ConTech solutions to property owners, contractors, and consultants. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact and shape our growth in a key region, all within a supportive and ambitious international team.

Your Role
As a Sales Executive at Dalux, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and representing our solutions in a rapidly evolving market.
* Develop and execute strategies to expand Dalux’s reach in Ireland, aligned with our global vision
* Identify, approach, and onboard new customers while nurturing long‑term client partnerships
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize value from our software
* Lead the full sales process: needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
* Represent Dalux at conferences, trade shows, and networking events
* Take initiative to overcome challenges, continuously improving your approach and supporting team success
Your Profile
You’re a proactive and structured sales professional with a strong business mindset and an interest in technology. You know how to build trust, ask the right questions, and engage with stakeholders at all levels—from site managers to C‑level executives.
* Experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, construction tech, or a related field
* A customer‑first mindset and ability to create long‑lasting professional relationships
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
* Fluency in English
* A collaborative, growth‑oriented mindset
