The Role
We're looking for a driven, ambitious, and money-motivated Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is UK based, fully remote, with Team meetings in London and Bristol, plus opportunities to travel to Europe and North America to oversee our events.
As part of a fast-growing company, you'll play a pivotal role in securing sponsorships, building long-term partnerships, and driving the commercial success of CTO Craft product portfolio with particular focus on our Conferences and Exhibitions business as well as Digital Product offering.
Responsibilities
Sponsorship Sales Ownership
* Source, pitch, and close sponsorship and exhibition opportunities across our event portfolio.
* Sell CTO Craft digital product offering as part of our product portfolio packages.
* Consistently meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
* Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers.
* Act as a trusted advisor, showcasing the value of our events as a platform for brand exposure, lead generation, and thought leadership.
Solution-Oriented Selling
* Create tailored sponsorship packages that align with client goals.
* Negotiate confidently with new and existing partners to secure long-term relationships.
Pipeline & Market Development
* Proactively generate leads through research, outreach, and networking at external industry events.
* Manage the full sponsorship sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with event organisers, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless sponsorship experiences.
* Support wider event success through targeted outreach, exhibition logistics, and post-event evaluations.
Brand Promotion & Representation
* Represent the company at our events, managing exhibition spaces and gathering client feedback.
* Promote events via social media engagement and contribute to sponsorship-related marketing materials.

What We Offer
* Base salary:
£35K–£40K (Depends On Experience).
* On-Target Earnings (On Target Earnings):
£60K+, with uncapped commission potential
