40 hours per week for 52 weeks per year (7am to 4pm - 1 hour for lunch) 20 days annual leave
Salary: Scale 5 Band A - Actual Salary £30,033

Freezywater St George’s is a friendly, warm and welcoming one form entry school. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager. As a member of Freezywater St George’s school staff you will be part of a team that works together to support children and their learning. You will be expected to support and encourage the ethos of a Church of England school, its vision, values and motto ‘Believe and Achieve’.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, under the supervision of the Executive Head and Head of School, the effective maintenance supervision of outside contractors and the development of the School premises and grounds. To have the capability to work under one’s own initiative.
The security of the School buildings and grounds;
The maintenance and repair of fittings, furniture and non-electrical equipment;
The maintenance and decoration of certain aspects of the School buildings;
The monitoring of the heating plant for the School;
The cleaning, maintenance and development of external areas of the site;
