What You Will Do: Own the sales order process from quotation to delivery — you’ll be the glue holding sales, planning and production together. Keep ERP and CRM systems accurate so decisions are made on facts, not guesswork. Be the first point of contact for customers — handling queries, complaints and last-minute changes with speed and professionalism. Support Sales Managers — organising meetings, pulling together presentations, and making sure prospects get what they need. Work closely with technical and planning teams to keep customer orders moving. Spot and fix bottlenecks that slow everything down. What You Will Bring: 2+ years’ experience in sales support, customer service or something similar. Solid computer skills — MS Office and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
