About the Role
Sytner Group is offering a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and potential to make a generous commission. The role involves being the key point of contact for customers during their car buying experience, ensuring first‑class service at all times. Your responsibilities include communicating with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car, working flexible patterns that may include weekends, and achieving an OTE of £45,000.
About You
You should have good interpersonal skills, a background in customer service or sales within the automotive sector, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence is beneficial. You may be asked to attend an assessment centre. Candidates are required to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement.
