Part-Time HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join a Nottingham organisation on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on HR professional who enjoys working closely with leadership teams to deliver a comprehensive and generalist HR service.
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will take responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, providing expert guidance across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and organisational change. You will ensure HR processes are compliant, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing day‑to‑day HR operations
* Advising managers on employee relations matters
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
* Reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Overseeing performance management and development initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation
* Supporting wider people strategy and culture initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven generalist HR experience
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* The confidence to operate autonomously
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred
