An exciting opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Executive to join a well-established estate agency working in partnership with a developer on a high-quality residential development in Milton Keynes.
This is a long-term opportunity on a multi-phase scheme, with a clear five-year development pipeline, offering genuine stability and progression. The successful candidate will be encouraged to make the role their own, contribute ideas and grow with the business as the site evolves.
The Role
You will be responsible for selling new homes on site, delivering an exceptional customer experience and managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
Working hours
*
10am – 5pm, 5 days per week
*
Weekend working required, with one full weekend off per month
*
Some flexibility on working days where possible

About You
Previous experience in property sales is not essential, however some knowledge of property or sales would be beneficial. Candidates from hospitality, customer service or other customer-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
