Henley Morgan is working with a rapidly scaling UK-based eCommerce business that continues to invest heavily in its ERP and systems landscape. Following significant year-on-year growth and the expansion of its operational infrastructure, the business is now looking to hire a Junior NetSuite Developer to support ongoing ERP development, integrations, and platform optimisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their NetSuite or ERP development career who is keen to build hands‑on experience within a fast‑paced retail environment.
The Role
Working closely with the internal systems team, you will support the development and enhancement of core business platforms, including NetSuite ERP, integration tools, and eCommerce systems. The role is delivery‑focused and offers exposure across finance, inventory, fulfilment, and online sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the configuration and development of NetSuite in line with business requirements
* Assist in building and enhancing workflows, scripts, custom records, and reports
* Contribute to integration development and maintenance using iPaaS tools such as Celigo
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data and integration issues
* Support system testing, validation, and deployment activities
* Produce and maintain technical documentation
* Work collaboratively with finance, eCommerce, and operations teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions
Skills & Experience Required
* Hands‑on experience with NetSuite (development or configuration)
* Exposure to SuiteScript, workflows, or ERP customisation
* Understanding of system integrations and data flows
* Interest in eCommerce platforms and end‑to‑end order processes
* Logical, detail‑oriented approach to problem solving
* Exposure to Celigoor other iPaaS tools is advantageous
* Background in retail or eCommerce environments is beneficial
Location
* Leeds
* Hybrid working model – ideally 1 day per week on‑site (flexible)
Salary
* £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
