We're looking for an energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to lead our branch service team to new heights. You'll be the heartbeat of the branch - ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression, driving service excellence, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results every day.

What will you be doing?

1. Lead and inspire a high-performing customer service team - recruiting, training, and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential.
2. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring all orders and enquiries are processed accurately, efficiently, and with care.
3. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and strengthen service delivery.
4. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Field teams to ensure seamless communication and a joined-up customer experience.
5. Monitor and manage performance, ensuring clear targets and KPIs are understood, met, and celebrated.
6. Handle customer issues quickly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities to reinforce trust and loyalty.
7. Champion health, safety, and wellbeing within your team, ensuring a supportive and positive work environment.

8. A natural people person with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service excellence.
9. Proactive, energetic, and hands-on in your approach - always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
10. Proven experience in a customer-facing or service management role, ideally in a fast-paced or B2B environment.
11. Confident communicator with the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire others.
12. Commercially aware, numerate, and computer literate, with great attention to detail.
13. A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
