Role Summary
Organised, enthusiastic individual with exceptional attention to detail to join our Resourcing Team to oversee and undertake all administrative tasks associated with the Empowered Associate Model and any Resourcing requirements across the Empowered Group.
This role is cross functional and forms part of a larger operational support team, with responsibilities that include supporting scheduling, procurement and bid co-ordination when necessary.
The Team
The Resourcing Team are responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing the Empowered Associate base.
The Empowered Resourcing Team form part of the wider Operations function of Empowered.
Key Responsibilities
Implement monitoring systems to ensure cost targets are met and suggest improvements – Monitor spend on resources and monitor market rates and notify Head of Resourcing of changes in the market.
Work with agency partner to support in resourcing for ROD engagements
Champion best practice and provide sound advice to business leaders on policies and procedures
Build and manage candidate pipelines – review areas where we resource is short or struggle and build up buffer.
Streamline resourcing processes
Analyse management information to develop areas of focus
Act as point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters
Develop and deliver consistent brand and attraction methods and communication materials
Serve as the point of entry into the Empowered business for any resourcing requirements or opportunities that are sold.
Create and develop work orders for all Resourcing requirements to ensure that the Associate can undertake the opportunity.
Ensure that the Empowered resourcing CRM and Salesforce is appropriately filled, accurate and constantly up to date from a Resourcing perspective.
Undertake and manage all required CV formatting and creation for stakeholders both internally and externally.
Proactively support the Resource across the business to ensure that the administrative activity to support their efforts has been completed.
Work with Operations Management to ensure that the Resourcing process is improved and enhanced in line with business development and ISO requirements.
Perform quality control checks on all CV’s and Resourcing documentation being issued to external and internal stakeholders and ensure that the Associate CV database is updated regularly.
Ensure that the Empowered and Orderwork Portals as up to date and maintained appropriately.
Communicate with stakeholders and become involved in Resourcing projects as directed by the Senior Resource and as dictated by business requirements.
Undertake any other activities requested by management.
Develop and implement process improvement, resulting in standardisation and improved sales and cross-functional process and results
Supporting the wider sales ops team in – procurement, scheduling and bid co-ordination

Channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment is desirable
Experience in the delivery of tender and proposal processes
