General Catering Manager - Reading
Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
What You’ll Be Serving Up - Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional food and service that matches the tastes and expectations of our diverse clientele
* Continually improve and innovate our onsite food offerings - from the restaurant and coffee bar to event hospitality
* Build rock-solid relationships with clients, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations
* Own the numbers - from cost analysis and purchasing compliance to financial reporting and gross profit management
* Inspire and motivate your team daily, ensuring everyone is supported, trained, and performing at their best
* Champion safety and compliance - ensuring every meal is served to the highest food safety and Compass Group standards
