Temporary vacancy – HR Administrator
Location: Cambridge CB2
Duration Type: 6 weeks initially
Hourly rate £14.32 (£16.05 including holiday pay)
You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and play a key role in recruitment, payroll, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding
* Maintain HR systems and records (leave, sickness, appraisals)
* Provide payroll support and ensure timely submissions
* Advise staff on HR policies and entitlements
* Support meetings and general admin tasks
About You
* Previous HR or admin experience in a large organisation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems
