We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients, a leading independently owned boutique hotel and spa. It is a luxury, beautiful hotel and spa setting with strong values and a people-first culture. They have an incredibly supportive management team and a collaborative working environment.
Responsibilities for a Inside Sales Executive:
* Supporting with enquiries and making sure these are qualified
* Building relationships with existing clients to seek further opportunities
* Meet and greet clients and conduct show arounds
* Work closely with the proactive sales team to pass on leads
* Calling existing clients and lapsed accounts to rebook
* Ensure effective diary management
* Drive a hungry sales attitude in the office
Skills for a Inside Sales Executive:
* Experience in a similar role with a conference venue or within hospitality
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent relationship building skills
