ISO Quality Governance Manager
Kidderminster (On-site / Hybrid)
£-£ per day

We are seeking an experienced ISO Quality Governance Manager to support an engineering-led organisation based in Kidderminster. This role will suit a hands-on quality professional with strong governance experience in technical and delivery-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and manage the organisation's ISO -aligned Quality Management System (QMS)
2. Lead certification, surveillance, and recertification audits, acting as the primary interface with external auditors
3. Maintain and continuously improve quality governance, policies, procedures, and control frameworks
4. Embed quality management principles into engineering delivery, projects, and operational processes
5. Manage non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives
6. Support supplier and supply-chain quality assurance activities
7. Engage with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, and operations to drive a strong quality culture
Key Experience Required
8. Proven experience in an ISO Quality / QMS Manager or governance role
9. Strong background operating within engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments
10. Hands-on experience leading internal and external ISO audits
11. Practical approach to quality risk, process improvement, and compliance
12. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable
13. ISO Lead Auditor certification
14. Experience working within regulated or safety-critical engineering environments
15. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
This is a high-impact contract opportunity offering a day rate of £-£, depending on experience.
