About the role In this varied and rewarding role, youll work on a rotational basis across departments such as Finance, HR, IT, Training, Facilities, and Administrative Services. Youll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive a positive and accessible service experience, while your individual strengths and interests are recognised and nurtured to support your professional growth. About you Youll bring: GCSE English Language and Mathematics (Grade C or above) with at least 2 years experience in a business support role OR At least 4 years experience in a business support role Knowledge of business support functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Training, Facilities, and Administrative Services Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Confidence using ICT and business software tools A commitment to delivering high-quality service About Housing Rights Housing Rights has been helping people in Northern Ireland deal with housing and homelessness problems since 1964. We help people with their housing and homelessness problems through our helplines and advice work. We use their experiences to bring change and improvements with our policy work.
