Job Description:
* Manage and lead the UK & European Customer Service teams to deliver exceptional service to B2B customers.
* Develop and standardize processes and procedures across the European Customer Service functions.
* Collaborate with the MD and senior stakeholders to support business objectives through customer service.
* Manage stock levels to meet customer demand, working with production and purchasing teams.
* Oversee the order management process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
* Ensure compliance with export documentation requirements for customer orders.
The Successful Candidate:
* Experience managing a Customer Service function.
* Background in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain sectors.
* Experience supporting UK and European customers.
* Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures.
What’s on Offer:
Based in Doncaster, the Customer Service Manager role offers a salary of £48,000 - £55,000 plus up to 10% bonus, private medical insurance, free parking, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), and other benefits. The position is a standard 9-5 on-site role.
