The Opportunity An Excellent Opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 170 unit residential scheme in Bury St Edmunds consisting of primarily apartments in blocks up to 5 storeys along with parcels of housing for a business with a huge pipeline of future schemes in the area and a diverse portfolio of residential projects from RC frame apartment developments to traditional build and timber frame housing and apartments schemes, and unique listed building residential projects. What’s on Offer * Salary up to £80,000 * £7,500 Car Allowance or Top Spec Company Car & Fuel Card (Electric Car Option) * 10% Pension (You put in 4%, employer puts in 10% for a total of 14% Pension) * 20% Bonus * Christmas Shutdown * Excellent Package The Candidate The ideal candidate will be a Senior Site Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Project Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish. Experience in the construction and delivery of residential apartments is important for this position.
