Site Manager – Fire Doors / Carpentry (FIRAS) Location: Birmingham (B29) Rate: £300 per day Ridgeway & Co are currently working with a well-established contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a strong carpentry background and FIRAS knowledge to oversee fire door replacement and QA works on a residential project in Birmingham (B29 area). This role will involve managing the installation, compliance, and certification of fire doors across multiple buildings, ensuring all works are delivered safely, to programme, and in line with current fire safety regulations and FIRAS standards. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor management, and quality assurance of fire door installations.
