HR Officer/Generalist

Salary: £34,000 – £37,000 plus benefits
We are hiring for a highly successful, well established production client in the County Antrim area, who are seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide operational support across all HR functions.
This is a hands-on, generalist HR role within a dynamic team, where you will assist with employee relations, recruitment, HR projects, and organisational initiatives.

The Role:
* Support the full HR function, including employee relations, recruitment, payroll administration, and HR projects
* Co-ordinate recruitment procedures, chair shortlisting and interview panels, and administer selection testing
* Maintain HR systems and databases to extract, analyse, and report HR data
* Assist with job descriptions, policy implementation, and health & wellbeing initiatives
* Participate in community outreach, careers events, and provide HR support across the organisation
* Provide HR coaching and guidance to line management and staff on day-to-day HR matters
* Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and best practice
The Person:
* Relevant 3rd level qualification and/or CIPD qualification
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a generalist, HR Officer/Advisor level role
* Experience working within a fast paced, commercial environment, essential
* Experience handling employee relations and providing coaching/support to managers and staff
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Adaptable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
