This is an excellent opportunity for a values-driven HR professional to play a key role in supporting a global workforce within a mission-led organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Manager will lead the delivery of high-quality HR services across a designated regional hub, supporting multiple locations and teams. The role will focus on operational HR delivery, compliance, and the consistent application of policies and best practice, aligned with a global HR operating model. You will be a trusted HR partner, providing hands-on support across the employee life cycle and ensuring effective use of the organisation’s HRIS to support onboarding, performance management, payroll inputs, and reporting.
