Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Longbridge. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and call centre, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support activities, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. The role requires monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics to improve operations and foster a customer-centric culture within the company.
Qualifications
5 years' relevant experience in automotive industry is a must (dealership experience is desirable)
