Job Details: Job Title: Internal Recruiter Salary: £30,000 Location: Watford (office based) Contract: Permanent, Full Time. Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm What You’ll Be Doing as an Internal Recruiter: * Managing end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the business * Working closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and create effective job adverts * Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals * Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process * Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles * Enhancing employer branding and candidate experience * Supporting onboarding and new hire integration * Maintaining recruitment data and reports to track progress and performance What We’re Looking For: * Previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask in a busy environment * Confident with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems * Someone who thrives on building relationships and finding the right people for the right roles If you want to make a difference and be part of a vibrant, supportive team with opportunities for growth & development, please apply in the strictest confidence.
