We are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have a strong background in administration and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
* Being the main point of contact for any queries linked to HR administration via telephone, email and chat messages
* Sending out new hire onboarding documents, leaver letters and amendments to contracts
* Checking data input from line managers on Workday for new starters, leavers and changes and push back if needed for corrections
* Dealing with reference requests
* Creating personnel files for new starters
* Checking your own work for payroll input before cut off each month
* Any additional duties as required by the business
* Ad hoc projects
Qualifications
* Previous HR experience is not essential; a strong background in administration is suitable
* A basic understanding of HR processes is helpful
* Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Workday is desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work well in a team
* You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
