We are
now seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at the Haymarket Hotel. In this pivotal role,
you will also provide support to our Head
Office, overseeing a full range of people-related activities while
championing a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
This is a full time on-site role based in the West End of London.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the HR
and recruitment functions for Haymarket Hotel.
* Partner with key
stakeholders, building trusted relationships and providing expert HR
advice.
* Support and implement HR and
recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
* Ensure policies and
processes are consistent across the group, working closely with the wider
HR team.
* Lead on employee relations
matters (investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management,
etc.).
* Coach and support managers
to deliver a best-in-class recruitment and selection process.
* Champion training and
development opportunities, ensuring compliance and consistency.
* Manage HR administration
including onboarding, contracts, reports, and employee milestones.
* Act as the on-site HR
systems expert.
* Keep up to date with HR
legislation, proactively advising on any changes that may impact the
business.
What you Need:
* CIPD qualified (or working
towards) – desirable.
* Previous HR experience
within hospitality, luxury, or customer-focused industries.
* Strong attention to detail,
accuracy, and organisational skills.
* Resilient,
solutions-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations with
confidence.
* Passionate about people,
engagement, and creating a culture where teams can thrive.
* A natural
relationship-builder, able to influence and collaborate at all levels.
