Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent Location: Middlesbrough Hours: Full Time Job Purpose To ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and understanding of ICB Distillers Quality Management System (QMS) and HACCP protocols across the company. Ensuring systems and procedures meet the highest quality standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will collaborate with various departments, ensuring food safety and quality at every stage. Responsibilities: Quality and Compliance Management: * Implement and manage quality systems to uphold all QMS and third-party certifications, including BRC standards. * Ensure ongoing HACCP compliance and proper risk control, participating in the HACCP team and monitoring critical control points. * Oversee document control to ensure all procedures and policies are current. * Follow up with implemented programs (GMPs, Good Hygiene Practices, HACCP, Allergen Control, Cleaning and Sanitation, Pest Control, Equipment Calibration, Organic Certification, etc.) to ensure compliance by all employees and other personnel in the manufacturing facility. * Close out non-conformances by ensuring corrective actions are tracked and completed * Assi...
