Role Description
£35,000 Base Salary + £65,000 OTE (Year 1) | Inbound Enquiries | Uncapped Commission.

The Role
You will take ownership of thecustomer journey from first enquiry through to conversion, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality of our brand.
This includes:
* Engaging with inbound enquiries in a confident, professional manner
* Understanding customer needs and guiding them through available options
* Building trust and handling questions with clarity and credibility
* Converting opportunities while maintaining a premium customer experience
* Managing follow-ups and maintaining momentum with each client
This is atarget-driven role, but one where success comes from doing the basics exceptionally well.
Who This Role Suits
This position is well suited to individuals withat least 1 year’s experiencein a customer-facing or sales environment, particularly from:
* Retail or hospitality
* Insurance or financial services
* Advertising or media sales
