This is a hands-on role focused on developing a strong HR framework within a growing business. You will ensure compliance and consistency across all people processes, act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, and support a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Salary Up to £38,000 About You / Candidate Requirements Proven experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Officer, or generalist HR role Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law, particularly contracts, policies, and employee relations Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Confident handling disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability cases Ability to work independently and take full ownership of an HR function Comfortable advising and influencing senior stakeholders High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities Own and develop HR policies, handbook, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job design through to onboarding Manage performance processes, including KPIs, probation reviews, and appraisals Provide trusted HR advice to managers and senior leadership Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management Ensure contracts and HR documentation are accurate and compliant Support training, development, and succession planning Promote a positive, engaging workplace culture and wellbeing Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate data processing Administer employee benefits and support ongoing improvements For further details on this role, or other HR opportunities across Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential discussion.
