£24,000 Basic | £45,000 - £55,000 Uncapped OTE

Working Hours
* 5½ days per week
* Monday to Saturday: 8:30am - 6:00pm with a regular weekday off
* Alternate Sundays: 11:00am - 4:00pm
We're currently recruiting for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in the Ipswich area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional — either from the motor trade or another target-driven industry — to join a high-performing team with strong earning potential and uncapped commission.
The Role
* Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maximising sales opportunities.
* Selling both new and used vehicles.
* Managing the full customer journey from enquiry through to handover.
* Building strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
* Handling enquiries from walk-ins, telephone and online leads.
* Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems.
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience within a sales environment.
* Motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Target-driven with a motivated and professional attitude.
* Excellent negotiation and customer service ability.
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
