Responsibilities: We will design, build, and test software that supports our frontline staff and helps improve road safety. We will set up our new Microsoft Dynamics capability and help shape the structure, training, and direction of our in-house team. We will support the development and maintenance of current and future applications, including insourcing externally built applications where needed. We will collaborate with external suppliers and our stakeholders to support the delivery of defined solutions. We will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team to deliver solutions focused on user needs. We will lead and inspire team members, providing guidance and support to help them deliver on objectives. We will lead the development of value-driven services that meet customer needs. We will act as a subject matter expert and help resolve live issues. We will apply modern development standards, practices, and techniques in our solution delivery.
