A fast-growing B2B marketing, media and events business is looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to support the delivery of a high-profile hosted meetings programme. This role sits within a dynamic marketing team and plays a critical part in ensuring VIP buyers are onboarded, qualified and matched with the right event partners.

What You’ll Be Doing 💼
✔️ Guiding VIP buyers through the onboarding process for hosted meetings programmes
✔️ Managing registration, event details, admin support and ongoing queries
✔️ Conducting proactive outreach via phone, email and social channels
✔️ Identifying and qualifying key buyer personas using research and data insights
✔️ Matching delegates with the most relevant event partners
✔️ Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives
✔️ Keeping CRM systems and databases accurate and up to date
✔️ Supporting internal teams with documentation, scheduling and programme delivery
✔️ Monitoring hosted meeting logistics and related costs
✔️ Supporting the wider team during busy pre-event periods
What You’ll Bring ✅
✨ Experience in customer service, telesales, sales, recruitment, account or community management
✨ Confident, professional and personable phone manner
✨ Proven ability to build trust and relationships with senior stakeholders
✨ Highly organised, proactive and reliable with strong attention to detail
✨ Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure
✨ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✨ Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with wider teams
✨ A positive, adaptable and “can-do” attitude
Nice to Have 💡
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Exposure to events, virtual platforms or B2B environments
• Sales Navigator or similar research tools
