Working Hours: 08:30 – 16:30 Full time, Office Based.
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established and well recognised Retail and distribution business who have opened their new site in Stowmarket!
Main Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant information
Participate in HR activities such as job fairs and wellbeing events.
Prepare letters in relation to disciplinary outcomes.
Assist with absence management.
Maintain accurate records.
Administration of disciplinary processes
Prepare letters, and documentation in relation to HR activities.
Experience and Skills required
Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Desire to learn and take on new challenges.
