I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager who is able to lead customer operations, transform ways of working, implement scalable processes and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will:
1. Drive transformational change across customer service function, both strategic and hands on
2. Design, implement and continuously improve processes that enhance quality, efficiency and satisfaction
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer service strategies with business goals
4. Support, coach, mentor and up-skills members of the team
Requirements:
As a Customer Service Manager, you will need:
5. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally for a growing or transformation focused business
6. Demonstrated success of process transformation and improvement
7. Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and inspire others
8. Strong communication and CRM skills
