Responsibilities:
6. Establish and develop the HR function to meet the growing needs of the business
7. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
8. Oversee daily HR operations and lead HR projects
9. Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company objectives
10. Manage employee relations cases and advise management on best practises
11. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
12. Act as HR representative during acquisitions, including TUPE and redundancies
13. Collaborate with the finance team on payroll data collation
14. Continuously improve HR processes to accommodate our growing workforce
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
15. Minimum 5 years of HR experience; CIPD qualification is a plus
16. Generalist HR background with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and learning & development
17. Solid understanding of current employment legislation
18. Proven ability to provide both hands-on and strategic HR leadership
19. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
20. Highly organised with excellent time management
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
21. Experience managing redundancies and supporting acquisitions
22. Strong mentoring and coaching skills
23. Ability to thrive in a busy, sales-oriented environment
24. Comfort with adapting to the company's growth and change
Technologies:
Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus!
