HR Manager Operations EMEA (12 Month FTC)
Join Paramount as the HR Manager Operations for EMEA. This 12‑month fixed‑term contract role reports to the EMEA Senior Director and oversees HR Administration, Master Data Management, and Compliance across eight multilingual countries (Poland, Hungary, Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic, Italy).

What you’ll be doing
* Deliver end‑to‑end HR activities in the employee life cycle to optimum efficiency, meeting payroll cut‑offs and SLAs.
* Anticipate and plan for peaks in workload using colleague engagement and proactive monitoring of volume metrics.
* Use colleague and partner feedback to improve ways of working.
* Continuously minimise key people dependencies through cross‑training and robust process definition.
* Ensure all audits, compliance checks, and data cleansing activities are completed and agreed remediations are implemented.
* Handle operational issues and service failures, performing root‑cause analysis and remediation.
* Day‑to‑day line management of the team, including onboarding, performance conversations, and quality measurement.
* Enhance Tier 0 self‑service content to reduce colleague queries.
* Promote consistent usage of HR global policies, processes, and technologies.
* Collaborate with HR Specialist Manager, Service Management, Change Projects, Training & Development, and local specialist HR SMEs.
* Act as deputy for other members of the HR Operations leadership team as required.
What we’re looking for
* Experience leading an HR Operations / global business services team with a tiered service delivery model.
* Ability to cultivate a high‑performance culture that promotes employee engagement.
* Data‑driven mindset to inform priorities and continuous improvement.
* Desire to challenge the status quo with a natural inclination to ask “why”.
* Expertise in HR processes, including process mapping, re‑engineering, desktop procedures, SLA implementation, and control establishment.
* Strong relationship‑building across all organisational levels.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using logic and data to influence decision‑making.
* Previous experience with an HRIS SaaS platform to maximise data quality.
* Experience delivering HR operations across multiple countries.
