Senior Site Manager – Bristol
Salary: Up to £65,000 + package
A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee high-value, complex projects across Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to lead teams, manage programmes, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of construction projects.
* Oversee subcontractors, labour planning, health & safety compliance, and quality assurance.
* Manage project budgets, programmes, and reporting, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, consultants, and project teams.
* Ensure compliance with contracts, legislation, and company procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, and project management principles.
* Experience managing high-value projects and multidisciplinary teams.
* Health & safety qualifications (SMSTS essential) and CSCS card.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
