Job Description:
An NHS trust based in Croydon is looking to hire an Employee Relations Advisor on a temporary basis for 4 months. You will help manage casework surrounding issues such as sickness and absence. The role pays £14.32 an hour PAYE.
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional to develop their Employee Relations skills and experience.
You will provide a comprehensive Employee Relations service, working closely with senior colleagues who will support you.
You will manage a caseload including sickness absence, disciplinary, early resolution, and capability cases, working proactively with managers to agree outcomes and propose recommendations, ensuring risks are managed efficiently.
To be considered, you should have a degree or equivalent experience in HR advisory roles, and be CPP or part CIPD qualified. Experience advising managers on complex people management issues, including disciplinary and grievance investigations, is preferred.
