Role – Site Manager (Internals & Handover Support)
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Site Manager to support the final internal stages and handover process on a busy residential development. You will be out on site most of the day, driving progress across plots and ensuring quality finishes ahead of handover.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced internal finishing environments and is confident managing trades, snagging, and plot progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive internal progress across multiple plots, ensuring work is completed to programme.
* Manage finishing trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship throughout.
* Support the handover process, ensuring plots are complete, defect-free, and ready for customers.
* Complete snagging inspections and manage close-out with trades.
* Maintain strong site organisation and communication with the site team.
* Ensure all work meets NHBC standards and company quality expectations.
* Maintain health & safety compliance across the internal works.
Requirements
* SMSTS
* First Aid
* Black or Gold CSCS Card
* Fit, active, and comfortable being out on site for most of the day.
* Experience with timber frame housing (preferred).
* Strong background managing internals and finishing phases.
* Ability to supervise multiple trades and keep quality and programme on track.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
