Johnsons Cars is one of the UK’s leading independent Franchise Dealership Networks, with multiple sites nationwide. We represent a variety of global car manufacturers and are recruiting for a Sales Executive at our Volkswagen dealership in Birmingham.
Basic Salary of £20,000 with a realistic OTE of up to £45,000. This is a 5-day working week across Monday to Sunday.
Role and Responsibilities
* Treat every customer that walks into the dealership, sends an email, or calls about buying a car with professionalism and focus.
* Learn about customers and the small details that make a difference.
* Help achieve targets by supporting customers to buy a new or used car.
* Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending information and updates.
The Ideal Candidate Will
* Maximise sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
* Be goal-focused with excellent interpersonal skills; a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
* Hold a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
