In our exciting new role of Senior Property Sales Executive, youll lead from the front, guiding customers and our colleagues as the go-to expert in everything from shared ownership to staircasing, tenant sales and retirement sales. What youll do
1. Provides direction to a small team of Sales Executives and Assistants, on complex cases and helping the team to build their confidence and knowledge through coaching.
2. Managing and driving the end-to-end sales process, making sure every transaction is smooth, compliant, and leaves customers feeling supported as they take the big step towards owning their home.
3. Writing and reviewing guidance, promotional materials, digital content and campaigns to make sure theyre accurate, engaging, customer-friendly, and land on time.
