This role will be based on a prestigious private estate project, involving extensive refurbishment, structural alterations, and high-end interior fit-out works. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the exceptional standards expected on a super-prime residential project. The role requires someone with a strong eye for quality, excellent coordination skills, and experience managing specialist trades and subcontractors on high-end residential schemes. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day site operations on a high-value country estate project Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades to ensure smooth project delivery Maintaining programme, quality, and health & safety standards on site Ensuring all works are delivered to the highest level of finish and craftsmanship Liaising with the Project Manager, consultants, and design team Managing site logistics and sequencing works across multiple trades Carrying out regular quality inspections and snagging Maintaining excellent site presentation and organisation appropriate to a private client environment Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on prime or super-prime residential projects Experience working on large refurbishments, country houses, or luxury developments Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and high-end finishes Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills High attention to detail and a commitment to quality SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications Professional and discreet approach when working on private client projects The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to work on a prestigious country estate project for a contractor known for delivering some of the finest homes in the UK.
