We are currently seeking a freelance Site/Finishing Manager to complete a small residential development just above Reading.
This is a great opportunity for a site manager with a strong residential background, who takes pride in delivering projects to a high standard.
Responsibilities:

Maintaining regular communication with both subcontractors and the client.

Maintaining health & safety standards on site
*
Coordinating subcontractors and materials
*
Ensuring programme deadlines are met
Requirements:
*
Previous experience finishing high-spec residential developments
*
Gold CSCS card or above, SMSTS and First aid
Salary: £260/270p/d
