About you
* A confident and resilient communicator with a passion for sales
* Target‑driven with experience working to KPIs and achieving goals
* B2B sales experience preferred (B2C considered)
* Skilled in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building
* Motivated to take initiative and manage your own sales pipeline
* Strong ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume outbound calling environment
What you'll do
* Generate new business through outbound B2B calls
* Manage inbound and cross‑sell opportunities from warm and existing accounts
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
* Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, becoming a trusted advisor to customers
* Deliver consistent results against targets while contributing to the success of a growing sales team
